Another good day today results wise as our 1st team made it two wins from three games in the LSL when they came away from a tough game in Blessington with a 3-0 win with two goals from Jordan Cromwell and one from Craig Cummiskey. There were wins also for our 11A - 4-0 over Cherry Orchard as wel as 16.1 16.2 17.1 and 14.4.
All of our teams are keeping up the great start to the season.
We are constrained by an FAI and DDSL ruling which only allows us publish results from Under 11 upwards - next season they plan to extend that silly ruling to Under 12.
Torrential rain marked the opening day of the new transitional DDSL season today but that didn't stop the majority of our teams recording opening day wins in what will be a long and hopefully successful campaign that will finish in November of next year.
Our senior Saturday made it three wins out of three in the LSL when coming from 1 down to win 5-1 against Inchicore Athletic in the first official game to be played at our new all weather pitch at St Aidan's.
All premier teams from 11's to 15's scored impressive wins while our newest team - Derek Byrnes' 12.5 started with a 2-2 draw against Ballyfermot United.
