The DDSL Thunder Cup won won by the Club for the second time in three years tonight when our 14 Premier team defeated Crumlin United 1-0 in the final at Mobhi Road - Dawson Devoy getting the all important goal - in a game where they dominated from the start but could not turn the superiority in goals.
The DDSL Under 13 Premier League is wide open after our 13's gained quick revenge for a recent Bank Holiday 4-1 home defeat at the hands of St Josephs Boys when they travelled to Sallynoggin tonight and came away with a vital 2-0 win which puts them at the top of the table with all their games completed and puts Joeys under pressure to have to win their final game against Leixlip United to force a play-off.
Our DDSL15 Premier side quickly recovered from their SFAI Evans Cup disappointment on Sunday to keep their League hopes very much alive with a 4-2 home win over Home Farm tonight ahead of their meeting away to Joeys this coming Saturday in a game that will have a vital bearing of the League title.
The 17 Super team finally got a League game under their belt with a 7-3 win over Kilnamanagh at Charlestown scoring some excellent goals in the process.
