There were some excellent performances from Colm Ashmore, Jordan Donnelly, Alex O'Toole and captain Mark Kelly, while goalkeeper Chris "Redser" Burke kept another clean sheet, his 9th of the season.
The aim of the managers and players of this group from the start of the season was to win this cup and the league and we're still on track to achieve both. We look forward now to getting 3 players back from injury and suspension after a fiery encounter with WFTA left them unavailable for this week's cup game.
All in all it wasn't pretty on the eye today from a football point of view but the effort was top class. We can play a lot better but the main thing is that were in the semi final and look forward to seeing who comes out of the hat now
