A total of five players from our current under 15 SKB - BOHS team will be part of the Ireland under16 squad who will play their first internationals of the season when they take part in the prestigious the Victory Shield in Waterford.
Luca Callicoe,Fiachra Coffey, Sean Moore, Taylor McCarthy have been named in the squad with James Bailey placed on standby.
Congratulations to all five who have played all their football in SKB since joining at small sided game level where they enjoyed great success over the years before progressing last season to national league level as part of the SKB-BOHS Academy.
All of their coaches and managers at SKB through the years can take great credit and pride in their achievements up to now and hopefully they can emulate all of their illustrious predecessors who have represented the club at schoolboy level and beyond.
Also included in the squad are ex SKB players Ivan Graminschi and Richie Vodo.
Ireland will take on Wales on Sunday, October 30th, followed by Northern Ireland on Wednesday, November 2nd and Scotland on Friday, November 4th.
