SKB PLAY HOST TO WEST CORK'S SCHOOLBOY LEAGUE
On Bank Holiday Monday we were delighted to welcome the players, management, officials and parents of the West Cork Schoolboys League to Shanowen Road for a friendly game against Dan Tannem's U14 team as they made their way home following their participation in the Belfast Cup over the weekend.
It turned out to be an exciting and entertaining game with SKB going into a 2-0 lead through Chris Odidison in the first half before the visitors struck back to level midway through the second half before Josh Donohue scored the winner.
We would be delighted to welcome back our visitors at any time and we will take up the offer of participating in a tournament in West Cork when the arrangements are finalized.
