Our under 14's made it a memorable day for the club today by emulating the earlier victory of our under 12's to make it a double SFAI triumph at Whitehall over Shamrock Rovers.
Having missed some early chances and going behind to a fine strike from former SKB player Darragh Harrison Mark Tarzan took over and scored two before half time to give them a deserved lead.
It was 4.1 within three minutes of the restart with Nickson Okasun and Mark Tarzan scoring befor Tarzan added his fourth and the teams fifth midway through the second half.
Rovers scred their second in injury time a fine strike from the edge of the box by substitute Leon McClaren.
A great win for the players and the management team of Rob Doran, Craig Caffrey, Willy Burke along with GK coach Chris Conway and physio Frank Loftus and an extra special day for Mark Tarzan who becomes the first SKB player to score 4 goals in an SFAI Cup Final.
