With the main attention over the past week being focused on the great achievement of reaching 5 National Cup Finals and rightly so other teams in the Club have been maintaining their excellent start to the season with the SKB/BOHS Under 15's and 17's both continuing their unbeaten runs over the weekend - the 17's winning 1-0 away to Athlone Town with a Liam Mc Grath goal and the 15's putting nine passed a disappointing Derry City side at Shanowen Road with Sammy Ayolla getting a hat trick, Bosun Lawal and David Agboninwa both scoring twice along with Danny Norris and Eoin Galvan making it 17 goals scored in three games and none conceded. This week both teams are away on Saturday - the 17's in United Park Drogheda and the 15's in the AUL Complex against Shelbourne both games kick off at 2pm.
Our Leinster Senior League Saturday team had a comfortable 5-1 quarter final win in the LSL Tom Carroll Cup over Seafordrock United at St Aidan's to book a semi final tie on Thursday week (26th) away to HHFC on the Hartstown astro at 8pm, they also have an important League fixture this coming Saturday (21st) at home to Collinstown in St Aidan's at 3pm.
