3-1 the score in a game that was far closer than the scoreboard showed at the end of a very entertaining game tonight at St Aidans between SKB 2007's and 2006's in the semifinal of the SFAI Under 12 Regions Cup.

Facing an interval deficit of 0-2 the younger team were on top for most of the opening twenty minutes of the second half before Mark Tarzan scored the 12's third goal with a header from a corner in one of their rare attacks of the second half adding to the two first half goals from Danny McGrath and Josh Okabuie.

The 11's finally got a consolation goal at the very end through Chris Conlon.

So both teams now look forward to next week when the 12's travel to Bridge United from Kilkenny and the 11's are home to Corks College Corinthians.
