8 SKB teams are involved in both DDSL and NDSL Cup finals this coming Saturday and Sunday in the AUL and Oscar Traynor Road complexes along with the Under 15 Airtricity League team who play Bray Wanderers in Shanowen Road on Sunday at 1.30pm.
There are four Cup finals listed for Saturday in the AUL Complex starting at 12.15pm where our 12 Saturday B team play Palmerstown F C in the Farry Cup final. Unfortunately the times of these games will overlap as the next SKB final listed is the 11 A in the Condron Cup final against Crumlin United at 12.30pm, 1.00pm is the kick off time of the Under 14 Premier DDSL Thunder Cup final against St Josephs Boys with the 11 B DDSL Coyne Cup final against Drogheda Boys the final SKB involvement for the day kicking off at 1.45pm.
Sunday morning at 10.30am sees our 13.1 Sunday play Wayside Celtic in the DDSL Donnelly Cup final followed by the 11 C Sunday against Lucan United in the DDSL Brennan Cup final at 11.15am. Lucan United also provide the opposition in the 17 Premier DDSL PFAI Cup final at 11.00am.
Our 16 NDSL Premier are our sole representatives at the NDSL finals where they play Corduff F C in the NDSL Mc Kay Cup final on Sunday afternoon in the Oscar Traynor Complex with a 2.30pm kick off, Manager George Doyle will be hoping to keep his impressive run of Cup victories through the years with this team in tact.
Bray Wanderers provide the opposition to our Under 15 Airtricity League team in the 6th series of games in group 2 - this is a back to back fixture between the teams with Bray winning last weeks encounter in Carrickmines 2-1 so an SKB victory is important to maintain their position in the race for a top two finish and a place in the knockout stages.
All members and friends are asked to support as many of these teams as possible over the weekend and all support will be greatly appreciated by the management and players - GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!
